“Out date” represents the date you expect products for a particular event will leave your warehouse or be removed from inventory. “In date” represents the date you expect products for a particular event to return to your warehouse and when they will be back in stock and available for another event.

Some customers prefer to add “padding” to these dates to allow for buffer.For example, if you know the truck for the event will be leaving two days before the show, you’ll want to set your “out date” to be the date the gear will leave so it cannot be assigned to another show.
