A new row is then added to the screen. Click in the respective fields to add the information on your Potential Sale. The Accounts field is tied to the different accounts you have created in Cheetah. The Owner field is populated from the Users you have created under Company Settings. When you have completed the different fields click Save. After creating a new Potential, you can view and add extended details by clicking on the name of the Potential. In this view, you can add contacts, notes, tasks and files to the potential sale.
The Potential section allows your company to track details of Potential Sales from clients. To create a new Potential, choose Potentials under the Sales menu on the main Navigation bar and click Create New Potential.
